Never tried but I heard that moss is good for air layering. For magnolia prorogation.

That is true! I also made a video on air layering with Sphagnum Moss with another Syngonium Variegata plant: ruclips.net/video/ANjv25daLUQ/видео.html. However, it did not went that well 😅
