Who are these judges? Does any of them have any hits out to be judging these talented kids and telling them they can't sing? I have never heard any of them having any music in the pop culture.

Do you know Madcon who made "Beggin'" and "Glow"? The judge to the left is one half of that duo.
Ever heard "Sweet But Psycho"? The judge to the right is one of the co-writers, and he's also well-known for his music in Norway (often being quite controversial)
The female judge is a manager from Warner Music Norway and EMI Music Norway, and Karpe Diem (some of the most established rappers in Norway) are some of her clients.
And yes, this is Norway, so even though they're not as famous worldwide as American and British artists, they're still well-established enough for this competition
