Hi Supawit, great question and a commonly asked one. The Robots will dig for the Bin if it is needed. When a Bin is retrieved from the system and delivered to the workstation, a Robot returns the Bin to the top layer of the system. In this way, high movers stay at the top and slow movers or legacy items fall to the bottom. The system is working ahead of the employee and directing Robots to collect needed Bins, so the worker is not aware of the digging happens. Here's another video explaining the science behind the design: ruclips.net/video/9UDgSofF_AY/видео.html
Great !
If the shelf is full of boxes but I want the bottom box, how can the robot get the bottom box as fast as possible?
