Really nice ... in a few days i will make a video from my Touran. Hope you all will like it :) In Germany it isnt very easy to tune your car because we have a very hard and strong TÜV. They wont any changes on your car without thousend tests and checks from them. You can only hide or ride ;)
I bought a 2006 2.0tdi sports with heated seats, auto dim mirror, also dual zone heating fog lights, headlight washers, rear spoiler, mud flaps,17 inch alloys in colour black in nearly showroom condition inside out.i then started the mods.all chrome trimmed switches and chrome air vents made from a passat, mk2 rear lights, rear emblem led and many other electrical mods too much to mention.think I will upload a video as these mods are unique.nice touran you have there.
well done, looks great, I have the same model in silver, changed my dash dials, fitted heated seats, colour-coded door handles, fitted hid lowbeams and led foglights, changed front t10 parklight bulbs for led equivalent, I have also changed the stereo with the 8 inch android system with reverse camera, ooh, Ive also added auto-light switch :-)
Car looks great. I have a touran I am converting to a camper. How much drop did the MK6 springs give on the front? And did the engine type of the golf matter? Thanks
Hi great video and nice looking car For lowering the touran can u use original golf 5 or 6 coil spring? Simple as that and can u use rear one as well from golf 5 or 6?
@@ModelsInTheAttic rear and front from mk5 u can get the same drop like 4cm to 5cm??? no need to spend 250 to get eibach lowering set lol in pic shows 45mm lowering spring kit!!!but mk5 spring will do the same and how does it affect the handling and drive does it make it feel stiffer and and nice to handle or no diffrent .? Bought a '06 touran 1,9tdi a couple weeks ago and i totally love it,first vag and its here to stay. That new light switch,which model touran is that from?

you haven't modified the engine? Do it it will be so good because the sportivity for the exterior and not too much power to expose the exterior! if i did some error sorry im italian :)
Can you please tell me what size did you figure out is wheels because I’m getting 18 inch on the same car VW Touran audi Le Mans 18 inhc What rooms did you fit please? What size was I want to get the same Alloy Wheels but maybe bigger I don’t know. Have I done the good decision of 18.

oh I forgot, I've also swopped out rear light with the Mk2 version.
I have also added that ambient lighting line on the door panels, much like on the Golf GTI Mk7

Over time the shocks busted because of having lowering springs in so just went for the better option. 100 times better with coilovers too

Roughly 50mm drop but that was diesel springs, petrol springs would be too soft

Yes both mk5 mk6 and mk7 golf springs all fit

It come with the foglight kit I bought, can be bought separately from ebay etc, golf switch works if you can get one from a scrapyard

Yes I would start by looking at the dog bone mount, located on the rear of the gearbox to the subframe
