Every bride she blesses is a life changed, a heart softened in a tough world. So I think despite any benefits a business owner may get, it doesn't negate the beauty at the heart of it. Choosing to see the positive vs the negative is what speaks about each of us a person. As though I am an anxious realist, I choose to see the good in life. 💜✨️

My son in law is less than 2 weeks out from his kidney transplant after almost 5 years waiting & my beautiful daughter doing his dialysis for him. I wept for this episode I UNDERSTAND THIS SO VISCERALLY! congratulations and thank you to Laurie and Monty because if you don't know, may you never, but if you know YOU KNOW this gift is BEYOND priceless. I got confused, I thought he was getting the kidney transplant, but it seems she is? So looking at her Instagram she says that she needed the kidney, but Kevin wasn't a blood match, so he gave a kidney to someone else, and she was able to get a kidney that matched her blood type.
Yes! My partner and I are not a match for donation, but we can be in a kidney exchange program with other living donors. You provide a healthy organ for someone elses loved one that's a match for your partner and they will do likewise. The donation chain can result in multiple living kidney exchanges and many saved lives.
Hi everyone, Kevin here! You’re right! We did the paired exchange program where alyssa received a kidney she matched with and in return, I donated to someone I matched with. This went down a good sized chain. The description was wrong. This was filmed during my two week follow-up after my kidney donation. My kidneys did not fail. 😂. Thanks for watching!
