It's super interesting! So many different angles to the arguments for and against SBC. One thing's for sure, I certainly don't think it's going away. We just have to be aware of it and how to assess it.
Why do companies show a lower SBC value the next FY? For ex in 2022 if a company report 220 Mn as share based compensation expenses, in FY 2023 report they show FY 2022 expense as 140 Mn. Is it because a portion of 2022 shares vested?
