It's the counterweight that would be needed until construction of the two towers is joined I'd be worrying about.
Unless they do the same as with the cranes and just build the arch first and keep jacking it up and building the twoers under it?

A building that houses one million people is going to have some big bottlenecks at rush hour. Why would I wand to live in the most crowded space on the planet.

Would a space elevator count? 35+ kilometers to dwarf all these.

Do not think that would ever be considered a sky scraper. The thing is the cable the elevator climbs is not a livable or usable structure for anything other than to be climbed. Would you call a single kilometer high shaft of steel standing straight up from the ground with no floors or living space or work space a sky scraper? Space elevators are much more like a vertical railway than a sky scraper.

No "sky hook elevators" , to go and put things in to low earth orbit and avoid having to use huge rockets then ?
Yeah, they rely on technology that is at present not available !
( But I can see more of a point to them ... )

    what is Egypt 2?
People need to learn how to replace "too". "Egypt, as well," or "Egypt has also" are better grammatical choices. When "too" can be replaced, it should be, for clearer grammar.
