Hello buddy and everybody. Maybe i have good TIP with using PIONEER rifle. When you are in cover (you have time for slow reloading), after shooting dont press R, but HOLD. In this case you loaded new bullet not from magazine, but from your backpack. Your magazine will be always full. This is good vhen you have only one magazine. No need take magazine in hand and load bullets. Just shoot and hold R, shoot and hold R. When you need rapid reload, then press R, no HOLD. I hope this helps. yep, thats why hes one of the very few dayz cc's that i watch, hes not screaming and crying in the corner of the room, he appreciates the fights, and is a good sport! most people forget that DayZ is just a game
so I know I'm here a year late, but that scope you're using at 28:34 - if it's anything like real life, you can use the little chart in the bottom left to more effectively range the scope. You place the target in there, and if it fits inside the the two lines (top and bottom for 300,400,500,600) you know that's your range.

That play with the grenade was tactical and well played on your part. Knowing the map is an advantage when trying to flank or out smart your opponent. That was very well played!. They didn't even expect you to go up the ladder and flank them from the window with 2 grenades.

Also whilst I'm at it, props for that video where you talked about getting started and the stress at times with the channel and engaging with random online characters. I just relised a huge, but situational, benifit to bandaging with a sewing kit. Its a silent bandage, there is no audio. Take it how you will, but i never actually relised it.
I like to think the two guys taking blaze gunfire on the other side of that ravine were both watching for you and got distracted when they saw a shotgun magically fly hundreds of meters to its death :)

Real good video Paul. One of the betters ones for sure. I think going up on that tower was insane but it worked out for you. I also agree with you on the last guy. They don't open fire in cover like that if they intended on playing nice in the sandbox. He's telling you not to be stupid when "it was at that moment he realized that he fucked up"! I did think it was nuts that both of those guys were still alive. The shock damage has got to be adjusted. It's mental now. You're better off shooting the legs than going high. Players falling to broken legs/shock aren't going anywhere.

If they are locked in a room, which my man cave has a vault door, then they are locked and inaccessible to heathens and degenerates :). Plus if you report them stolen and someone commits a crime you are not liable.

Just found one recently. Carried it three hundred million miles. Fired it twice on one zombie and got one tapped from top of school in novaya. I was at the barn to the far west and left the dude all the loot one could ask for. Have not found the pioneer since.

If I am not mistaken, the pioneer fires a weak centerfire round, as opposed to the Mosin, which fires a high-power round. Therefore, it simply cannot be as effective as the .308 and MMR rounds. I love the pioneer though; I took an engagement a week ago, in which I dropped my opponent in Nadbor with one chest shot. It was very clean, and very fast. I love its accompanying animations, as well as the feel of the rifle. What was strange is this; two weeks ago, in Nadbor, I managed to shoot a player who was climbing the uppermost fire station ladder. When my Mosin round struck him, he fell off of the ladder onto the lower roof, falling approximately 3 meters. This combination of damage was not enough to finish him, however, considering that he managed to wake up and limp off. I confronted him in the bathroom downstairs, about 15 minutes later. I won the firefight, but quickly and carelessly rushed into the bathroom afterwards, unaware of the presence of his companion, who was entrenched in the opposite corner of the room. Naturally, he gunned me down, and I died without even firing once in his direction.
556 is pretty a good high velocity round. It's not as powerful as 308 but bullet drops isn't as bad 308. You can get some decent long range kills with the pioneer I've witnessed 600+ MTR kills with it
