Hi good morning Colaz am not a builder or anything like that but my contribution based on what I observed is to have one person that tell everyone what movements to make on each task each day they need to work on which is teabag Dad, so things can keep on track and avoid everyone from doing there own thing then Tea bag Dad report to you. Hopefully moving forward God's willing everything should progress smoothly. Also you both should have a book of what you discussed and the things you need to purchase so you can have things in writing and for cross reference purposes. Love Patsy Boy but he is not experienced enough.

It can also connect to your bathroom's foundation. This will help control the water coming off the hillside. Great move. I do like the glass option over the front door instead of the blocks. it will bring more light into the house.

He doesn't have to. The structure is good. Teabag father knows what he is doing. Just do the porch/verandah, add kitchen and bathroom. Re-enforce the structure and roof and everything will be cool. 😊
😮 I remembered my first sign painting job was to redo a coco cola sign. It took longer to do than creating a new sign. So renovating building often open up gaps and misalignment that need to correct....
At the end of the day, the house needs to finish up. Put all the negativty and any animosity aside to come together. each one teach one to leern and elevate their skills to work together for the good. Mr. Micheal (teabags dad) can be the lead foreman, he has more experience, if it is agreed upon with patsy one boy and jahbud to be a part of the project then all hands on deck. Lets go. For either way, gg house needs all the help to get the job done. Colaz, bring in a roof professional, determine if it is going to be plywood and zinc roofing; concrete roofing (more costly) and or plywood and shingle roofing .... take into account heavy rainstorms, wind, and hurricane

From my experience,it is much cheaper to start from scratch than to renovate or add on to a house.

That is by getting a professional contractor to check the entire building structure for damage. You didn't know how to go about it so don't be hard on yourself. We learn each day we are alive. Colaz you are doing the right thing by bringing in someone different to bring out more efficient progress to complete the job because I was wondering what is going on why the window still working on, than I said to myself is Colaz sweet food why the work still not move from the window. However, you make a wise decision because I don’t know nothing about building or refurbishment but what I know that it was taken too long on one area, I was just doing the maths.
