Merle Haggard's former northeast Bakersfield home is for sale, and one of the big selling points is that the music legend used to live there.

The house is at 4007 Brae Burn Drive in east Bakersfield and sold for $405,000 in January 2020. Merle Haggard lived there before he moved to the Kern Canyon Road estate he built where he last lived in Bakersfield before moving to the Lake Shasta area near Redding.
