Looks to be the John Walker Customs commando kit. Dope customs. Currently in the process of converting my BS Boss into one of those commandos using the JWC kit.

Compared to the one I kept, the helmet looks worse, also the jetpack is attached to the chest, and the pistols are 3d printed that I bought off ebay
