I'm from Texas too and the drive to Lubbock is one of the most beautiful long drives ever. Never have a driven straight for such a long time someone and have it get no closer.
Ah man, This reminds me of the days pre-voip. Used to always pick USEC just so I could voiceline bind and communicate with random PMCs I found. I remember the time i found a level 7 in like 2020 ended up voice lining him until he just f1'd back at me a few times. ended up farming reshala at new gas and gave my newfound friend all of the loot including the TT. or the time a 4 man on reserve adopted me because I was voice lining to them and they decided to roll the dice so i point manned for them. Always treasure trust. No matter how many betrayals, no matter the depravity, extend the olive branch Good to see you back Fair always enjoyed the vids.
I feel far too often i see videos of betrayal and bullying in Tarkov. Which sure it has its place and it's just a game, but theres something amazing about seeing VOIP used in this way.
People don't talk about this glaring benefit of gaming. Some of the healthiest, most fun, and engaging friendships I've ever developed have been met online in WoW, Apex, Tarkov, etc. Gaming friendships be stronger than most marriages.
My journeys usually end at the other end of those bullets. I'm usually that scav you killed near the end with all the loot. Get's harder and harder to feed your family these days.

I was playing on china sever the other day... where I found a PMC in the factory. He want to cooperate because he's level 12 and me too! Late in the previous wipe and 2 timmies found their kin. He speak chinese and I speak half english... we both share our loot and stims and camp the gate 3 extract together and gets 2 scav before extract. He try to pronounce his name tag but fail miserably. I never found him again.
Just a tip, if you are near and looking at another player, you can hit 'Y' to "cooperate" with them. Basically it tells them your name and they can "cooperate" back and tell you theirs. Might not be helpful if their name is full of different characters than you use, but it's better than nothing!
player scav hiding his valuables when he was pinned down is just devious. I love it.
