I just can't justify paying £600 (around 800 dollars)extra for the s22 ultra from the note 20 ultra. The trade ins are not as good here in the UK I'm keeping the note 20 ultra

I just bought the Note 20 Ultra last week, based on all comments and reviews. Two main reasons: the price and the SD card slot. I don't care if it gets only two more upgrades... by that time there is the S24 on the market....
If there was SD card slot with 7 inch screen and little wider I would trade in my Note 20 Ultra
I traded in my Note 20 Ultra for the S22 Ultra couple months ago. Even though the S is an upgrade in pretty much everything (except SD card), I still feel the Note had a more stylish back despite its camera bump. Also, there's a very minimal difference in screen size that's only noticeable if you get to use both phones which I'm not bothered by it, but the S *does* feel smaller in my hands compared to my old Note.
Think I'm going back to iPhone eventually

If I had a choice I’d go with the latest and greatest of course but I don’t have another $1400 to throw down on another phone so I’m sticking with my note 20 ultra. It’s still a beast and consuming contents on it is amazing. Tbh I think the cameras on the mew s22ultra isn’t that much better to upgrade. I like the SD slot and having MST. Don’t need 100X zoom. I barely use the 3 camera array anyway. I just take out my phone and shoot. Congratulations on your new toy and maybe when the s22 ultra gets older amd I can find one that’s cheaper with at least 256gb online somewhere I’ll upgrade. But till then note 20 ultra Omega Supreme 5G Gangsta it is. 😊👍

Great content. Both phones are great, but like you said, I would have to spend 1,600 to get the amount of memory that I have with my note20 ultra. As for cases. I am a supcase unicorn beetle pro man. I have the red, the blue, the green, and the black for my note20 ultra. Their best cases out there, and believe me, I have a lot of different brands. Otterbox defender pro, ghostek nautical, poetic spartan, and revolution, and I have unbranded cases also. But I keep going back to the beetle pro. I wish they made the clear and camouflage case for the note20 ultra.
S22 a lot better... ? Agree to disagree, i also have both, and and N20 Ultra performers in everyday life the same.... same as S22 Ultra... perhaps a night video is sometimes better on S22 Ultra, not always .... camera quality is sometimes better on Note 20 Ultra. And it isn't 50x times more zoom, it is 1x more zoom on S22 Ultra which doesn't mean much to me. I mean 50x or 100x for... ? Both r enough... and man... battery last more on whq+ 120hz...eys cant see the differences...and yes... louder speakers on Note 20 Ultra and microsd support... Gosh... if i have to choose ill choose N20 Ultra. Btw, s pens r the same, that tiny differences over latency are not up to s pen, but up to software support, use both on s22 ultra and ull see... andtips of s pen of s22 ultra aren't changeable and on n20 ultra are... and mater of money, well as new N20 Ultra is twice cheaper than S22 Ultra... twice and 4 what??? Now i know... bye S22 ...ill wait( again) 4 next one.... so... choose and use wisely 👌

Samsung has become as greedy and money-minded as Apple. The only reason the SD card was removed was to get folks to buy phones with more built in storage. And if you have invested earlier in an expensive sd card then you have every reason to get upset with the removal of the card slot.

S22u was the note 21 that never happened. Samsung just held onto the phone a few months longer, slapped new chip in it and called it a s22u. They didn’t have to make a real s22u this year.
earpiece speaker on s22 ultra was actually weaker than note10plus and note 20 ultra
The camera is not as better as you say in S22 ultra, there is hardly any difference, apart from the zoom
Keeping my Note for now. I wish they would've kept MST on the S22 Ultra. For now anyways.
I'm doing the same keeping my note 20 u for the microsd and mst. Mst to me made a Samsung a Samsung and was a cool feature to shut those "oh we don't accept apple pay" people up. Glad u mentioned mst lol.

Great video, but I always wonder why when youtubers do a side by side screen display comparison on very similar phones, they never label which phone is which so that we don't have to try to guess. I mean, I could spend several minutes trying to decipher which one is a tenth of an inch smaller than the other, but why? It's not just you, it seems to happen on a large percentage of comparison videos.
Won’t and haven’t feel the need to upgrade from my Note 20 ultra, still is a fantastic phone specially bc of the expandable memory, but will go with the iPhone 14, that’ll be a major major upgrade overall, can’t wait…

I just got Note 20 Ultra like two weeks ago, since I really did not want to pay double the price for the S22 Ultra, since it's basically the same phone if you ask me. You get all the features that you get with the S22 Ultra, and there is that bonus in MicroSD card slot, so you are not loosing anything here. And yes, in my usage so far Note 20 Ultra is still a great and fast phone, and you really can't beat Samsung flagship quality, so there is no problem there in any way. And did I mention that I got it for only 600$, barely used? So yes, I don't see any logic in getting S22 Ultra over Note 20 Ultra.
Only problem with getting the Note 20 now is the lack of OS/Security updates bro.
@@Home-Grown Yes, S22 Ultra has advantage on that field. But I also think that we will get atleast security updates for another year or two. I also just got May security patch like two weeks ago, so updates are still pretty fast and it's still on par with the newest phones. So yes, I don't mind it too much.

Note 20 ultra is traded in for s22 u in graphite and 256gb plus a watch 4 lte out the door with credits 554 came to 595 would ya cancel or continue thru with order? Also 8 months into note 20 ultra phone just went black never wet never dropped had screen and camera protector and in otterbox defender pro that pissed me off and they sent me out a refurbished 20 ultra so been iffy on this pho e ever since

I already decided and I got rid of that old S20 and I have the S22 Ultra.
That old s20 had way better quality
@Trey Hearon not so much with the camera, auto focus was not working on mine and that was the main reason I upgraded.
