Alesana has this really cool way of mixing beautiful parts, poppyness, metalcoreness and brutal metalness all in one package. Its pretty cool tbh.

This band was so underrated, always had an awesome lyrics
I was hesitant to listen to this album because their sound on A Place Where The Sun Is Silent didn't really appeal to me and I figured they would keep going down that route, but this album is honestly amazing and I can't stop listening.

@@nocturnalg2771 for alot of people its because theyve only heard old alesana which is easily hatable. Personally i do like old alesana but i can perfectly understand people not liking it. This though....i dont really know. Best i can come up with is those people who hate high register singing

So far my favorite song on the album as well. Listened to the full album about 3 times now and listened to the full trilogy plus Fatima Rusalka once now. Absolutely love these guys!
Very pleased with the more brutal take on this album. I do wish I could hear more of Shawn's screams though. Dennis and Shane are amazing all across this album, especially with this song.
Wish I could go to their concert, will be a couple hours from me, but totally worth going if I could. I would definitely buy a VIP pass to meet them.

I used to be the biggest Alesana fan. I gave them multiple chances to get their shit together but this album is garbage. It's literally as if they threw together a bunch of random shit they each wrote seperately. None of it flows. It's a pretty bad sign when none of your songs are catchy or can get stuck in someones head unless its the whole friggin verse. What happened to quality songs like those in On Frail Wings?? If you can't put out a quality album in the time alotted, don't put out an album. This is how you lose fans.
This album is actually super catchy if you listen to the whole song.

I promise you, they've never worked so hard on an album before and you can absolutely tell. It is NOWHERE near garbage- it is the farthest thing from.
