I watched a video/recording of Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen Rahimahullah regarding waswasa, For those struggling to lower their gaze, when the shaytan tempts you with these evil websites and images always seek refuge in Allah azza wa jal from the accursed shaytan CONSTANTLY until that evil thought goes away, don't give the evil thoughts a slight chance to cultivate in your heart BarakAllahu Feekum. This can be done for any evil thoughts and Allah's refuge is sought.

The eyes are a blessing from Allah. We have to use it for good things. Some people when they walk on the streets they stare at the bodys of women. This is disrespectfull to the women and it is a sin in islam. One should try their best to have control over his desires and fear Allaah.

If it happens that a man is found attractive from your side but his awrah is covered, then, rather it is on you to lower the gaze
