I have a black car that has had a two-stage paint correction and a ceramic coating. After trying various different soaps and detailers from Chemical Guys and from auto stores I finally started with the Gyeon line of products. The results with using Gyeon Foam and then followed with Bathe+ were fantastic. After every few washes I apply Gyeon's Ceramic Detailor and get insane levels of slickness, gloss and hydrophobicity.
Both great products use them both a ton. Like you demonstrated, Esoteric recommends using Bathe as a “quick detailer” for car shows instead of a “traditional quick detailer”, as the bathe will leave no streaking and as you demonstrated is very effective
Great breakdown. I love the off label experimentation with it as a waterless wash! I don’t see a lot of reviews on Gyeon washes and when I do they usually use way more than the directed amount and it makes an expensive product even more costly. I’m glad you used the small amount directed. As a whole I’m super impressed with Gyeon. I use mostly Adam’s and 3D products but starting with their coatings I’ve started to try more Gyeon and have been very impressed. Thanks again!
I used to think Gyeon was expensive but now I think it costs me more not to use Gyeon because their products work so well. Definitely, a high quality brand!

Bathe Essence is even more concentrated, dilution is 1:2000 so that would be the most dilutable waterless wash, wonder when Gyeon will come with a ceramic waterless wash like Carpro ECH2O
I never understood the bathe because they have their bathe essence, which is the same price but you use way less and they say it can be used on ceramics waxes and not protected surface and it's a pure shampoo then why you need the bathe? if the bathe essence does the same and cheaper great video nice content deserved a like
Just bought some of the ceramic detailer, smells the same as the phoenix one so I'm looking forward to testing them against each other... For me the reason you had the hazing is simply because you used too much...less is deffo more with these type products... Great video... Bathe looks awesome so gyeon looks like it has some superb products What coating did you have underneath as it's extremely hydrophobic
Gyeon has excellent products. I’m trying to remember the coating but that was so long ago. I think I made a video about it though. U can look back if u really want to search it. Let me know what u think about the 2 detailers.
That was a really slick idea (non pun intended LOL) coming up with that idea of using a few drops as a "waterless" type of wash. Looks like it worked great! Absolutely love that idea. In regards to the foam cannon you are using, is that similar to the boss foam cannon? Can you screw bottles directly onto the inside (smaller) thread portion on the inside of the cap? Also, that pick up tube looks like the BOSS cannon. Would those metering tips work in there? Essentially would make it the BOSS cannon for cheaper. Gyeon also has a Bathe "concentrate" which is a CRAZY dilution ratio, even better than the regular Bathe. I have Bathe+ with the Si02 in it that works pretty good but I don't think it is as foamy as the regular Bathe. That looks like a great soap. Gyeon really does have a lot of great products for a pretty decent price.
No, this is the MJJC foam cannon. It does have a place to screw on smaller bottles inside but it was made for some different size bottles we don’t have. They didn’t follow through with that idea well. Tha cannon itself is awesome. More foam than the Boss for sure but the boss screw onto bottles we can get. It does the weighted tip. Not sure about the metering tips but doesn’t matter as u wouldn’t be able to attach any bottles to it. Yes, I was just speaking of Bath Essence to someone in another comment. Incredible how they can make a more concentrated soap. Was looking at the Bathe+ as well.
@@DetailingBreakdown OK Thanks for the info. I have the BOSS which is great, I was just wondering as that one looks a lot like it on the inside. Almost like that company made the Griot's version for them but the inside threads being a different size than bottles we can get it weird, especially since MJJC is heavily promoting that foamer here in the USA and abroad. You'd think they would inside thread it to fit our bottle sizes. What would really be cool is if they had multiple inside thread rings for different size bottles! That would be cool. And it could be done if they started with the larger ring and went down from there in different sizes from the largest to smallest. Could you imagine the Bathe Essence as a waterless. One drop would probably do what 3 drops did for you! You'd have a lifetime supply of waterless washing solution in one bottle!
Planning to try out Bathe. How does it smell? I have carpro reset and albeit a fantastic shampoo, it has a mild, dull scent and im looking to see if Bathe is more enjoyable with its fragrance. Thanks!
@@wutangcorpdotcom I am not sure about which lasts longer. If I had to put $$$ I’d say Cure will last longer all day or have stronger hydrophobic behavior. Carpro Reset? Ummm, I’ve always like Xtreme Solutions Xtreme Suds over that anyway. So definitely, Bathe if I had to pick between the 2. I liked how it doubled as a waterless as well.

I think the problems with the Gyeon Ceramic Detailer is because you use too much product. Gyeon also recommend that you first use a damped cloth and second a dry cloth.
Well, if 2 sprays per panel is a lot I am guilty. I used a damp cloth afterwards and it was fine. If u use a damp cloth first that may also work but could dilute the product as well.
While I’m not a fan of Reload, it will or should last longer than this Ceramic Detailer. But they are 2 different products. I’d rather use this over Reload. Now Gyeon has Pure, or Wetcoat, or I think Even CanCoat can be used as toppers that should blow Reload away.
Have always enjoyed using reload but it seems like it doesn’t do as well once the coating has aged. For kicks I threw some gyeon ceramic detailer ontop of my old cquartz = boom. Easier to work with and nice beading. Now plan to do evo pure after decon clay polish…
