I sew it with using machine, but you can also sew it by hand using backstitch method
I attach the body parts together (head, body, ears, hands, shoes) with ladder stitch

yelvo/minky for the body ( you can use another plush fabric)
velboa/minky for the hair ( you can use another plush fabric)
felt for eyes and small details
velboa and nylex for the outfit
plastic pearl beads for the earrings

Im planning on making a plushie of a character using your templas as a base!! Your work is absolutely amazing, it reminds me so much of those expensive plushies!
