Mindset is the most important in my opinion and I truly believe confidence is why the last team I played with for 2 years before quitting sat on a 138-30 scrim record 😳
I would honestly recommend the ones by SXC or MGC (you can search it up) but I got mine from Amazon. I HIGHLY recommend getting yourself some thumbsleeves
Personally I use gyro on ipad, but gyro on phone is way easier. If you can learn gyro it might make your aim better (it did for me) but there's a bunch of pro players who don't use gyro at all.
I think as long as everyone has their stuff together (education, finances, etc) putting free time and effort into getting better at the game isn't so bad
