The Game was pretty good.
even if some of it's voice-acting was a bit meh.
and i'm still upset that the german version has Cut Nimdok out of the game. (i'm german, myself.)

1. yes it has a german dub. though, for some reason, it's incomplete and some lines were just left in french, for some reason. i think it was in Ellen's Chapter.
2. yup, i know this. and Ellison nailed his performance.

So when you say "voice-acting was a bit meh" you're referring to the german dub correct? Cause why the original English acting was a bit cartoony in places, I thought it was rather good all around.
