You’re too young to be able to assimilate this knowledge and share it so articulately. You have great taste and I don’t know you but I can see the work you’ve put in and I’m proud of you.
I cant say it enough , your teachings are priceless and the way you lay it out and do what you do make me enjoy your personality and your material more every time . Thanks !
I have been teaching myself music theory for about a year. I have been playing bass, though, for about 10 years. This video has allowed me to put words to some of the feelings I have had while playing, making bass lines, and jamming. So, thank you very much! Being able to describe with words how you feel/what you are doing is very important in being able to move forwards onto something more complicated/exciting
Interesting lesson. One rule of thumb I remember from a long time ago was bass plays a lot of root notes, sometimes thirds and occasionally fifths if you want to get fancy. I guess it depends a lot on the genre but this is a cool other approach to it.
hey Jaron, thanks for all the great videos and knowledge sharing, you're a legend! I was wondering if you have tips to create songs with a loop station. I'd love to hear some advice from you. thanks in advance, keep up the great work!
Love this video, I was one of the OG fans on the livestream during this composition!! Also Jaron check out some of my new music on my channel, Episode 5!!!! Let me know what you think in the comments!
