@@o-neilSorry, Im not that interested in powerlifting or sports other than weightlifting. If there were timestamps I could occasionally check out something in those sections that interests me. Right now tho, I just stop watching after the weightlifting section.

If you want to see the highest verticals, check out professional dunkers. Their training is entirely based around making them jump as high as possible.

I know you lads love a pronunciation cue, the name of the place in Portugal that you're doing your camp is pronounced: Prior da Luge - like the winter Olympics, the Z makes a G sound in Portuguese - I'm a Brit living in Lisbon

Great video lads. You guys seen the 240kg set of 4 front squat by Tao? That was crazy stuff as well wtfff. A set of 4 on front squats is madness

Out of interest, why do female lifters still use the 15kg bar on heavy squats? There’s no grip requirement and 218kg is more than that lifter is ever going to C&J. I don’t see much crossover to the lifts so why not use a stiffer bar?

    Maybe third
    Note about Ryan Crouser
He was always phenomenal. In high school, he threw a 1.6kg discus 237 feet, setting the high school national record. In high school, he was either the best or the second best shotputter with the 12lbs implement ever. It can be guessed based on the numbers he put up in high school and college that he could consistently medal in his age group's competitions and be a contender for gold. He has always been a world-class athlete!

Say I wanted to become a horse with trap bar deads, SSB squats, log presses and snatches, would that still work well? I’m thinking about how creative I can get to use the app for my strongman training. Maybe the jerk program would work better for log.
