I started with the original Spintires from 2014 which these became spin-offs of, enjoyable games.
Same. They have gotten better with each sequel.
But also more casual sadly. But more fun for the majority of players prob.
And now it is time that we hand our off-road vehicle over to our untamed content creator.....
Some say that he's never met any on-screen directions that he liked.

I am tremendously excited to play this game. I played the hell out of mud runner OG and got the platinum for snow runner. As a career truck driver IRL I just know I’m gonna treat this game like it’s my flipping job. I can’t wait!
They need to add in the ability to get out of the car and walk around, and then base building like a survival game, but you're building check points and stuff and you can hire guys to deliver things from point to point once you establish routes and uncover ports and stuff. Still, I'm definitely getting this game.
I always thought it would be really cool to get out of the trucks and have to connect the winches to the trees and trucks/connect trailers etc. It would make it more immersive! Lol

I'll miss Icy being there too. The yelling and trolling was gold. Hopefully, whatever caused him to drop out of collaboration videos will be passed soon so we get the chaotic 4 back together.

So its kinda a mix of spintires and mudrunner , with less features than snowrunner?
I has a lot more features than snowrunner but is only focused on scouting. It is a new game so wont be as fleshed out yet. But I am also hesitant as I want big trucks and difficult cargo, never cared for the scouting aspect in snowrunner

My only concern for this game is it’s performance is going to be worse than snowrunner, especially with the most recently added maps in snowrunner having horrible performance on switch because it’s becoming an outdated console

The game looks interesting, but if it doesn't have a manual transmission option then i wont be buying it. it was the most frustration part of snowrunner and it looks like the underlying systems of the game are practically the same. such a shame since i like the overall concept of the games.

Gotta love this style of game, especially with drae playing. Bots on youtube comments are getting ridiculous though. The spam is unreal.
Xbox shows it as a single player game, so if thats true thats already a huge turn off.
mudrunner and snowrunner were popular by the mods, which were fun to use with your friends in multiplayer. hopefully it isnt the case but if it is its already a shot game for a lot of people.
Co-op is coming later this year
@drae hopefully it follows suit with snowrunner on console then, adding mods at some point (which is a huuuge must, aside from co-op)

This game is just an excuse to pay full price for more SnowRunner maps.. and they aren't even very good. There are Saguaro cactus around the Colorado garage, for example. I loved snowrunner and unlocked all the trucks and finished the game before they started doing a new "season" every year. At that point I knew they were just milking it, and this gameplay confirms expeditions is the same as far as I can tell. BeamNG is quickly becoming a real competitor for this game and in many ways beam is way, way better.
I also %100 completed the original mudrunner game on PS3 with a group of my friends.. I don't plan on getting expeditions personally
Really hope multiplayer works in this. Crossplay dicked multiplayer on pc in snowrunner.
