According to IMDB Mr Rogers Neighborhood was released Feb. 19, 1968.

Thank you for your comment. I should have clarified that it premiered locally on WQED-TV (Pittsburgh) on May 22, 1967. On February 19, 1968, it premiered nationally on National Education Television (NET), which later became Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).
