For the ladder parts you need to jump while going up to get on the platforms. You need to be going up and when somewhat near the platform jump(while moving up) and if you do it correctly you will be on the platform if you don’t run off

if u dont wanna suffer in the final obby you gotta need to like speed yourself and go to the truss then climb till you get on the platform in top of ladder then you just do the final obby that all
If you just want casually grinding, being AFK with autoclicker or macro is the easiest way Or you can watch yt videos while grinding, check back after 15 mins and so on

Equip only 1 single healing gear or shield and put the auto clicker mouse position at the hotbar slot so you have a higher chance of surviving. Freeze its location so the mouse doesnt move by accident Roblox will kick you if you don't do anything for 20 minutes so you need that
