On and off for several years, I worked hard on the splits but always hit a wall, then I learned about end-range strength training and, with very little effort, got the front splits in only a couple of weeks! Based on that experience, I know this tutorial is a good one for the next step, which for me is middle splits. Thank you!

Yes it's possible but you need to do the correct exercises. This routine is a good place to start ruclips.net/video/3wt5W_aEUjs/видео.html

Btw could you make a video about pike flexibility in similar form like this video? I mean how to increase pike flexibility for V-Sit, head to toe and in the same time work for compression to achieve more active not only passive range of motion in the joint.

    • @ExTrimerAL
      @ExTrimerAL Год назад +1

and maybe other my suggestion about how to work on good balance in the body stiffness. I mean if we work on pike flexibility we also should work for back extending especially in thoracic spine, I saw that I get bad posture with shoulder forward and round back after jefferson curl.
Or if we want to get good balance to avoid pain in other area, in your opinion when we train for example hamstring flexibility we should also pay attention on quads and hip flexors stretching? It will be helpful to increase flexibility of course besides strengthening antagonists, we should stretch them?

@@ExTrimerAL hahaha, you are literally describing the unify movement system AKA UMS that we teach via our app.
And you are 100% correct, if you don't do all of that then you're always going to have imbalances.
Every rep and set of horizontal push needs to be balanced with horizontal pull, same with hip bend or Deadlifts with hip flexion.
Same with shoulder internal and external rotation.
Strength and flexibility must be balanced in every joint. Upper and lower body strength need to balanced.
Inner unit of deep stabilisation muscles (like the core, shoulder stabilisers, knee stabilisers) need to be balanced with the outer unit of prime movers.
      etc. etc. etc.
But how do you put all that together into a weekly split?
How do you get it all done in an efficient workout that you can stick to long term? (if it takes more than an hour to do your workouts, at some stage you'll struggle to keep up with your program).
How do you periodise every 4 weeks so you don't plateau?
More importantly ... How can I make one video to explain all that?
All my videos on RUclips are here to share the concepts behind the UMS. But it's impossible to teach it properly on RUclips.
And the more you watch the more questions you will have because you're always seeing a fragment of the big picture.
I'll absolutely keep making videos here and giving away as much as I can.
But it sounds to me like you're much more serious about getting results than the average person. Am I right?
I was once where you are now, I spent thousands of hours on RUclips watching videos to learn and try to piece it all together.
I'd argue that I was more committed and invested than 99.99% of people
Back then I was training twice a day for 90 minutes plus watching about 10 hours a week on RUclips ... and I burnt out.
Very few people can keep that up.
It took me a LONG time to realise what I'm about to say. The best in the world have coaches, so why wouldn't I?
I paid between $100-$300/week (at different stages) on my coaching to get to where I am and it's the best investment I've ever made!
Money comes and goes, but you want to know one thing I'll never get back? Time ... the time I invested in trying to work it all out for myself.
And it's the one thing I wish I had more of.
So now my brother Yani and I have put all that we learned into the unify movement system which we offer for less than $2/day
I would argue that the time you spend searching for answers on RUclips and doing inefficient workouts is far more valuable to you than $2/day
If you've watched my videos you'll know I give better stuff away for free than most people charge for.
It's important to me to help people and that's why I do this.
But I can recognise the point where I can't give what someone truly needs via social media.
You have reached that point and I believe you're ready for the next step in your journey.
In the very least, join the UMS app for one or two months, you'll see exactly what you need to do.
Whether you stay or take what you learned and go it alone, you'll have all your questions answered and some!
Check it out unitygym.com tell me what you think :)

This video is a total waste of time, this guy is here trying to tell people how to get those splits and he can't even do a full split to the floor

    • @UnityGymOnline
      @UnityGymOnline  Год назад +3

That's a very negative comment Sylvester and an interesting perspective. Literally thousands of people around the world have used the methods I teach to get really strong and flexible. And the first shot of this video is of me doing an active middle split using strength to hold myself off the floor, no easy task. If you think this video is a total waste of time because I don't have the same level of flexibility as an elite gymnast or dancer, well that's your perspective.
But judging by the tone of your comment I can only imagine that you're dealing with a lot of anger and resentment. And that's a real shame. I wish you all the best and I hope you find happiness :)
