    I see an apartment that should be renting for 17,000,000. My place is 15,000,000 a month, 3x bigger than that and a standalone townhouse. 48,000,000, must be a comedy show. 😂

    Thanks for the nice tour! I visited their website (that you linked to). The English is understandable, but the grammar is not so good. I assume they don't have many Western clients? And how do you dry your clothes at this place, without a dryer? I assume that you don't hang them out on that narrow balcony? I'm guessing that a typical resident would depend upon others for basic services, like laundry, and outside food pickup?

    • @nguyenvan7470
      @nguyenvan7470 Год назад +2

      Hi, I am the one who introduced them to this project. Thank you for your feedback, I'll remind the company to work on their website
      About the unit, they provide a drying machine in the laundry area, and this project has shophouses downstairs, supermarket, etc also several delivery apps for food.

      Without some idea of the local amenities (basic shopping - to buy food and household goods), it's hard to imagine living here. Or perhaps most of the residents depend on local help for all of their needs?@@nguyenvan7470

    There is nothing luxurious about that apartment, it's very basic and way overpriced. For that money I would expect bigger rooms, a seperate kitchen and dining room and more modern furnishings.

      Thailand is a renter's market. VN is on its way to being that, but at the moment a lot of the places in district 2 i.e. the 'eXpAt' district are highly priced
