Beautiful photo of Yaya and her cute cubs from the marsh pride. She is gorgeous, sadly her relative family Spot is not with her anymore. 😔
Good vibes for you girl 🐾🐾♥️

What an amazing gift! I just got back from Nambiti Private Game Reserve in South Africa and you very quickly realize that you don’t call the shots on sightings. A good guide helps but you’re often at the mercy of the animal. And to have gotten such beautiful imagery at that perfect time if the morning, it’s just stunning. How humbling it must feel.
Love the channel. Love the content and info!

Hi, what gear you use to record the wildlife clips ?
Is it Nikon too, the autofocus hunts a bit in videos for Nikon

Fuji xt4. It is normally good but something was up with it that day. I’ll have a look and see if I can fix it. Sorry for that I was annoyed about it hunting a lot.

@@felixrome7829 no not that i meant the wildlife videos not the vloging part. I also owned The D850 and 200-500 & 70-200. For video it hunted a lot in AF-C. For photos it was fantastic. I am switching to Sony. Sold my Nikons but haven't bought anything yet. Will buy before travelling hopefully end of this year. Will sent you a follow on insta (@stripes_in_raw)
      Loved the cubs.
Wish i could be there in the Mara but this pandemic 😷

Great videos Felix, I have watched them all! Amazing work, keep it up!!
Also, was 300mm enough to capture the moments? Or did you feel like you need a lil more reach like 500mm or so.
    Thanks :)

Thank you for the kind words. Sometimes it would be nice to have more reach but you have to work with what you got. I personally love the 300 as it is very manageable. 500 in a small jeep might be to much

    Phone Pictures is not photography.
    And Photography is not art.
Cell phone images captured on their small sensors are garbage. Zooming in with them the resulting photos are garbage. And images captured on DSLR or Mirrorless are not art.
Art is created by hands, not captured on a sensor or film.
