- In this episode of Newshour, Priya Bahal will be discussing UP CM Yogi Adityanath's remarks on Congress. The UP BJP leader warned Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav against Congress. He called Congress 'Bhasmasur' and warned that Congress has eyes on your Muslim votes.
"The BJP's priority is with the people. Some fake news was spread against us, but even then, the total seats that Cong won in three elections still didn't cross one set of seats that we won in 2014 in the U.P. Even then, we are humble in victory," said Shehzad Poonawalla.
"In the U.P., the BJP slipped 9% in vote share compared to 2019 and 2024, while the SP gained 15% in vote share. They are not highlighting their loophole," said Tariq Khan. Watch In!
