- January 2014 - Grammy Award winner Gregory Porter is the soulful poet that Jazz FM have promoted for many years. Now for the first time ever, Gregory and pianist Chip Crawford are in the radio performance space for an exclusive live session. Tracks are 'Hey Laura' and Donny Hathaway's 'Someday We'll All Be Free'.
I always enjoy how Gregory Porter creatively varies the renditions of his own songs whether live or on video. And his wardrobe is always stellar. His wife is a lucky woman! Chip Crawford. He's such an amazing guy. At Montreal Jazz Fest I met Porter and his entire band and these guys are so chill.
