Does anyone here knows why Niko shot Darko 12 times?

He shot Darko as many times as as many of the guys they lost in their unit. Niko avenges his Guys if you choose to kill Darko.

It's symbolism. It's supposed to symbolize the amount of people Darko killed in Niko's old unit back in the late 90's.

it seems like your cutscenes having a zoom in problem its a common problem with modern hardware just cap your fps to 60 and it should fix the problem

ICEnhancer 3.0 natural is the graphics mod. The only texture mod I have installed is a texture mod for the road but I can’t remember name.
