You need to increase your carrier capacity. I generally go for 132 by this date = 7 x 16ac squadrons (4 Jet Attack, 3 Heavy Jet Fighter) + 20 ac Special squadron.

You can add 1 reload to each HSSM launcher

Anything over 100 is penalized. Sadly it is better to cap at 100 and save money but 96 works well for that
4:22 I see you have 9/13 and 8/12. Seems some of your aircraft numbers are low. How do you replenish aircraft in this game? Thanks!
Aircraft will replenish themselves, but airgroups in "reserve" will be understrength
He is also on elite pilot training so pilot replacements are much slower.
