When we say “stress hormone”, we mean a hormone that is going to be secreted in times of stress to help us cope with stress (so, in a sense, it’s also anti-stress).

I am trying to figure out how exercise stimulates Testosterone release- the signal molecule and where it is generated. If anyone knows can they tell me please? Thanks in Advance

If you decrease Serotonin & Epinephrine , you would increase Dopamine,the center of sensuality. Exercise increases inflammation therefore more stimulation to hypothalamus-pitutary-adrenal gland- mineralocorticosteroids and glucocorticosteroid and adrenal medulla . But, fasting means less inflammation and more stimulation to thyroid axe at night and GTRH at sleep. I want my great Doctor medicosis perfectionalist introduce His own scientific essay on this regard.
