Fun Fact. A friend of mine is studying psychology, and it is almost mandatory routine for psychologists to go to another psychologist to get the bad thoughts out of their head to keep their mind clear and stable so they can continue to help others

I can relate to this. Im the therapist to my friends and I let them dump their trauma on me and try to help them feel better. But the thing is I dont tell them my issues so the don't ave to feel guilty or feel worse. So after a while it becomes really overwhelming and a whole lot you have to worry about. Ive had friends who almost ended it all so it's pretty bad.. Iv neve been to therapy and no one knows I feel this. To afraid to cause people worry. I have a very unhealthy thing that I say to myself 💀. "My feelings don't matter only my friends and family"
Never that bad but it happened to me when a close friend was having suicidal ideation. I'm so glad she's better now and I would hate to lose her but it messes up a bit

Omg I hope this actually hadn't happened to you, at least not this way.
There are some points I need to touch here:
1. It's perfectly normal for your therapist to have a therapist or at least a supervisor. That's not bad, it's even recommended.
2. Therapists usually specialize in some kind of mental illness, problems, etc. It is recommended that in case they doubt not having the knowledge or experiencie enough to treat some cases, to derive their clients with someone else, another therapist they think it's more prepared.
3. The point above is not your fault. It doesn't mean you are messed up, it doesn't mean you are untreatable. It just means your therapist ain't enough prepared profesionally to attend your kind of case. They still got things to learn. Again, not your fault.
4. I'm sorry if you ever felt like it was your fault for your therapist to not be able to treat u. There's ways, protocols, to communicate this kind of stuff to patients. What is despicted in the lyrics of this song is 100% out of those protocols.
5. If this happened multiple times, believe me, it's still not your fault. Psychology is a fairly new career. A lot of topics aren't explored enough yet on how to treat them, why they occur, etc. It's lack of knowledge. Again, not your fault. You are fine. And I hope you eventually find a therapist capable enough to treat your kind of case.
