Love this song, we were offered an abortion for our 2nd son as there were complications in the pregnancy and the Docs thought he may not live long... he is nearly 9 now. He's happy, healthy and has none of the problems they predicted - praise God!

The last part of this song brought me to tears. I'm 45 years old with 2 beautiful children. I never forgave myself for being too weak, nor my HS boyfriend for pressuring me, in an abortion clinic parking lot. I said "I can't do it. Take me home". I was 12 and 1/2 weeks along. He said "No one will help you. You'll be on welfare. You'll never go to college. People your size (tiny) can't have babies. You'll die in labor."
I froze and put one foot in front of the other and went through with it.
I was dumped shortly after and was in a mental hospital for depression and anxiety within 3 months, unable to cope with what I had done.
26 years later and I still have nightmares.

I am so sorry you went through that. Just know if you ask God for forgiveness in Jesus name he will forgive you and heal you :) He loves you so much and he’s aware that you were pressured, he knows everything about that situation and he loved you the same before during and after that procedure ❤️
Myself and a girl I was with are about 9 years past an abortion that was had. I was weak and gave her the "Do what you want. I "supported" either choice." I had moved to a different state the day after we were last together. I made excuses. Nothing concrete. I was just weak. She had a son already. I left it up to her. Now for the last 8 years we have nothing but regret. There was no real legit reason why having a child couldn't of been done. I don't talk to her every day but I can't help but to always say sorry. If nothing other than the sheer pain she had to go through alone. It isn't something I discuss to really anyone. I just let it consume me some days and find it hard to move past. I feel bad for me...feel worse for her. Feel EXTREMELY bad for what was to be....

I remember whenever I found out I was pregnant, abortion was out the question for me. I knew I could never do that but in my head I was going crazy. I was only 20 & still in cos school. Didnt know how I would handle it, life. & now I have a beautiful 1 year old baby boy & I cant picture my life the same without him. Everything I do or am about to do I always think of him. Thank you Lord for the blessing you gave me. I needed him, he came just in time.
