I remember teaching my sons about the correlation between the head and bike. It takes time, and Tate learns quickly. Great session. Progress. Brick by Brick.
Chad…. You are an absolute wizard. Your coaching is by far the best out of anyone within the industry. Just listening to you teach your kids I/we can see it. Think about doing something with coaching. Even if it’s online 👍
Loving this educational content guys... chad your advice of entry to a corner while mid air is beyond amazing and will be trying this next ride, thankyou
These are THE BEST videos Chad! So much value!!! Love seeing the differences each thing makes! Curious to know when you developed the technical knowledge. Was it throughout your racing career or more recently when tate started gettin serious? I imagine having a factory mechanic by your side for so long would be a big part of it, but im also aware of the possibility of your focus being mostly on the riding aspect instead of bothering with all that at the time. ✌️😎✌️
Anybody know how to play this like virtual reality but only in my brain as I’m riding so I can remember to try and focus on technique and get better lmao. Asking for myself 😂 I feel like I progressed 10x just by watching this but I’m going to forget in 3 minutes lol cheers mate keep it up 🤙
Fantastic content as always. I would love to see Kiah get more confident jumping. I can feel her frustration. I would love to see you spend a day with her on a jump she is comfortable with, teaching her how to control the bike in the air. Not only Kiah but a lot of young riders could benefit from it as with this . Her time will come and she is young. But when she gets confident in the air, there will be no stopping the girl. She has the heart of a lion, I feel thats why she gets so upset, when she feels contained hehe. Tate you looked like your Dad or Doug Duback the way you landed with your leg out into the corner. Nice work
I respect the effort, but this sport is brutal. It’s got to be one of the hardest sports to ever get an opportunity at having a financially secure career.
3:22 love that y'all are doing start practice but isn't it a little bit unrealistic when you hold the starter so far away from where the actual start gate will be. It looked like you were 6 feet away from him when the starting gate is going to be like a foot away from his tire
@@motocrosser784 and I was just saying if he wants to make it more realistic because Tate is clearly not getting good starts he should probably be a little bit closer that's not my opinion that's Chad's just watch the majority of the races they compete at
@@GARBO96 I'm not going to play semantics. But telling a multi time champ and 5th overall sx wins list where he needs to train someone on a gate isn't where it's at, champ.
@@motocrosser784 his two 450 championships happened because the top guys weren't there you said it yourself don't get upset because I went and looked up their names but when you look at the current 450 and 250 champs train there starts the starter is relatively close to the actual starter position that they have on race day
I'll get it dirtbike racing is clearly a male dominated sport but in the current times Kiah is better in her class than Tate is in his class so maybe just train them up equally

The way you focus on starts and different sections of the track with a knowledge based process can be applied to all areas of Life.
Thank You

It's so awesome to see the technical parts of riding and everything involved with the process.
Great teaching going on here. Those kids are so lucky and blessed. Were gonna see a 22 in SX again soon!
OMG Chad's first kiss comment LMAO, you have to respect the knowledge Chad has and to pass it on to his children.
So thankful for the awesome knowledge Chad. 🙏
10000% AGREE!!!🙌
Would be nice to have a champion like Chad Reed teaching you.

Knowing how the bike works is a big part of testing. Chad paid attention and learned and has always been very involved in his set up.
Go go go Tate!
Great job rippers! Tate looks like he is putting on some muscle and Kiah will be much happier going into the event with a shot at winning next year.
Hay mate I have plenty of ets fuel here in Australia I’m in Wollongong
Good stuff pops. You need to teach them how to land a chadapolt..

I don't think there are any 2X SX champions out there running a jr SX school. Food for thought...
In Germany we have 102 Octane Pumpgas. No need her to buy racegas at all.
Chad i'm learning from that
From the last video to this video Tate looks 10 times faster. keep pushing reeds💵🇺🇸🥪
Kids ride better than all of C Class put into one person.

Would LOVE to see my content like this. Really interesting and awesome to say Tate picking this sup. :)
Go 22´s!! 1👊✊️🤟
👍🏼
You’re the GOAT Chad
Hey the kids actually looking fast now, maybe he’s better at the supercross/arenacross stuff
Are the cylinders the same as the 24s?
I bet everywhere here in Europe we have better pump fuel than in the US (102 RON).. besides that we got Racing fuel like VP too tho.
Curious as to what "Aus Spec Fuel" is. Like what octane is it and what is the us equivalent?
Roo fuel we call it here
@@MatStanley-s6h Just looked it up. It appears to be 100 octane VP race gas. Thanks for the reply!
Wish it wasn’t raining so I could ride but it is😢
6:47 THATS LANDING
Remember, enjoy what you do.
If not, you will be miserable.
Hate that people leave Mike out
Only guy I would let my kid learn from is king Mike
Jump on the bike Chad and show them.

its about reaction time, its not what distance it is. but hey what does Chad Reed know, he got all those championships for free I guess.
