His 3 is a WAY more consistent extender, but isn't supposed to be used in neutral as much because its blockable. Revert Lucci Nerfs Bro why would they make Shigan 360 blockable WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE FLASHSTEP IF THE OPPONENT CAN JUST STAND STILL AND HOLD F It’s simply nice to have at least one option to get past turtles as Lucci considering all you really have is Rankyaku which knocks back. It’s literally the equivalent of making Yata Mirror 360 Blockable 💀 Also there’s no point in Tekkai nerf considering even if you land Tekkai and get a combo off Lucci legit cannot one shot combo so it’s not even justified. All these changes just promote a more degenerate play style and they should be reverted. Only things that were broken about Lucci was Awakening (got gutted) Tekkai Frame 0 Kami Lucci in his former state had a strong base that could deserve some small nerfs but it was for the most part made up for because of a mid awakening. There is no point to play Lucci in his current state. The character is gutted. Kami E is a better Ken Haki and I completely agree that it needed to be nerfed. Tekkai is technically not frame O however if hit early, the counter would not be cancelled so in case of using Tekkai on a barrage for example, the first couple multi hits would land but then the counter frames would become active and would trigger the slam. The mode is decent but every move can only be used 3 times per mode besides rankyaku. Whitebeard situation with Lucci Awakening. M1 range increased in exchange for bigger hitbox, but yes it is a little much. I will disagree when you say Shigan needs 360 block.
