Bro ham MOSFET ka sellection dissipation watt dekhkar karna chahiye ya continius drain current dekhkar. For switching circuit...... 😀😀Bta do koi
You have to check both. Required Drain current shouldn't be higher than continuous drain current. And at your load current, maximum power dissipation(which you have to calculate - i²R) shouldn't be higher than rated power. R is the on state resistance (RDSon)
