Great legal commentary. Maybe in the future you could talk about duty of care in liability?

also if i can emergency money right away to help find another job while my current one is. i dont enough enough money to switch and stuck. i need option immediate lump 20k to help me transition another job. etc. and litigate my employers of past 3 years. i cant wait until lawzuit ends as finances are keeping me from taking action.

That sounds complicated. I mainly do personal injury and workers comp claim. Sometimes I do crossover claims which involve a personal injury that happens at work, meaning there is overlap with workers’ compensation and the lawsuit against the negligence non-employer defendant. This often happens when you are out on the road driving for work, but it could also happen at a construction site with multiple contractors where on employee of one contractor injures another employee working for a different contractor. But it can be complicated. If there are employment law claims I might not be the best lawyer to handle it because I have less experience in civil employment litigation. An employment or labor law attorney might be a better option.
In terms of cash advances, that all depends on the strength of the case. In California, attorneys are not allowed to loan money to clients. Plaintiffs need to rely on factoring companies who will assess the risk of the case independently and decide what they will loan based upon the risk they perceive in the case.
End of the day, I can’t give legal advice here. You should call lawyers in your state for legal advice. I’m only licensed in California.
