Your hair looks awesome! I've tried a couple DevaCurl products. Unfortunately I don't remember which ones. After I heard about the issues and lawsuits with the brand I was very hesitant to use more. Plus their products are pricey and out of my budget. Even their samples are very expensive! My favorite brand is Shea Moisture. My hair is very similar to yours that's how I ended up subscribing to your channel. I found almost no videos on gray wavy/ curly hair and when I came across one of yours I was very stoked! My hair is fine and a 2c-3a. I don't follow the curly girl method because its way too strict! I just learn what I can and use what works for my hair. I don't use any silicone products because they will either make my hair frizzier or leave it with no volume. I am 49 and I rocked the big hair look of the 80's. Big, slightly frizzy hair for me is what I like. When its completely frizz free it looks blah to me....lol....thank you for sharing your information!!
Thank you so much for the compliments! I remember the lawsuit DevaCurl had and still at that time it was out of my budget but I got super curious and wanted to see what the hype was. Same w/ Olaplex- Super pricey but is it really worth it?! So many questions I need answered lol! And- you're absolutely right, there are not enough curlies w/ grey hair! Not only do I have to manage my curls , but now I have to manage my silver crown too. I created this channel so that people can accept both their curls and silver hair, to not be afraid to let them grow out and to stop damaging with harsh dye chemicals. I have so much more to share especially with my grey hair so thank you so much for being here. It's def appreciated! ❤
@@BreezyGrrl1 you are very welcome! I was on the lazier side of dying my hair, so my transition was quick. I decided to stop dying my hair when I saw they sold gray hair dye at Sally's Beauty Supply. I said to myself "why am I covering my gray when its fashionable???" I get many compliments on my hair, so I have never regretted my transition! I've had women ask me who does my hair and is it expensive and I chuckle and say Mother Nature did it for free. I also have people say that they could never stop dying their hair because it would look awful. I say ya won't know if you don't try....lol...I'm looking forward to your next video! ❤
Thank you for this wonderful video great tips👋
