    Ingredients
    1.) 2-3 bok choy, washed and trimmed
    2.) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
    3.) 2 cloves garlic, minced
    4.) 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    5.) (Optional) Sesame Oil
    6.) (Optional) 1 tablespoons Chinese ShaoXing Wine
    Instructions
    1.) Preparation: Cut the washed bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating the stems from the leaves.
    2.) Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
    3.) Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
    4.) (Optional): Add dash of sesame Oil.
    5.) Time to add our secret ingredient - oyster sauce.
    6.) Add the bok choy stems to the frying pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
    7.) Add the bok choy leaves and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the leaves wilt but are still vibrant green.
    8.) (optional): Add on 1 TBSP Chinese Shaoxing wine.
    9.) Ready to serve.
