I think SONY done purposely to SRSXB100 about the loudness issue, the reason maybe for more efficient and battery life saver. Sound quality is good and balance. But, unfortunately, there is no option to maximize/adjust the loudness in either manual way or via SONY Music app.
I love sony xb100 but volume not loud as much. But still high quality, sound is better
Maybe have setting to optimized loudness.i also facing this issue.but.if you change region in your phone to india its very loud
