- Benjamin is one of the best and most used heroes in BTD6 in literally every game mode except one - Chimps Mode. So let's actually try him on a mode in which his ability kit is largely useless and see if he still does anything useful for us in Bloons TD 6!

ben stole around 20k btw for anyone wondering, just add the cash spend with the cash you have and check it with the money you should have in chimps, which is 178,964

you can see for a few frames how much money he made, the actual amount lost is closer to 30k

I think that if Ben were to be massively reworked, I think that he could work in CHIMPS if they gave him more of a focus on debuffs. His second activated ability and the automatic trojan are definitely worthwhile and can make some blimp-heavy rounds or ceramic rushes significantly easier to deal with, but the problem is that his buildup is incredibly slow and that he doesn't have anything besides those two abilities. If they slightly nerfed the money gen in favor of adding more debuff abilities, I think he could be viable in CHIMPS.
I think a way to rework Syphon funding is to make a newly spawned bloons in X amount of seconds take either a multiplied damage or a flat extra damage
But that could be broken so idk
There's a lot of great alternatives NK could take. Basically anything other than "90% of your stuff doesn't work and the stuff that does is a detriment for the most part LuL".
Tbh that's a skill issue, Ben is probably in the top 5 expert chimps heroes purely because of his ability to completely trivialise dense 90s rounds
@@CoconutOrNot_he is not top 5, be fr man. Every other hero is useful for the entire game and can still help a lot with the 90s. Ben is deadweight at best and actively detrimental at worst for most of the game, there really isn't any reason to pick him over any other hero except maybe Obyn and Churchill
@@Slaking_ @Slaking_ lol Ben cheeses some of the hardest rounds in the game, and allows you to entirely shift your roster, kind of like how you can skip bad dps with ezili. Not only that, but anyone with 2 brain cells can place Ben in a spot that significantly reduces the amount lost from trojans
I'd like to see Cipher Funding ability being available before the round starts, so we don't have to time it. This is especially noticeable if you turn off auto-start
Ben sucks in every coop game, but 'Benners' refuse to acknowledge this.
He had 18,785 at the ed of the game and his total cash spent was 139,690( you can see it for a split second at 14:06 and if you didnt know you can move the video frame by frame using comma and dot keys) and it sums upto 158,475. If the charts are correct you make 178909 in a CHIMPS game. So Ben made you lose $20434

the reason why ap darts doesnt pop leads is because people genuinely forget about the fact sub x-2-x crosspath (0-2-4) exists without it
isnt removing pops the exact reason bma is horrible on chimps
yeah, but ben lost about 20k in total, BMA alone costs more than that and can make a much bigger mess, mainly in those late rounds
Everything could be solved for everyone if the Trojan Thing was changed into a TOGGLE ability. Turn it off, bam, Ben now only makes money at the cost of you having to put the damage against the MOABs he isn't ruining.
Trojan follows line of sight, so just put Benjamin where it's blocked

Benjamin in chimps should give back whatever money he lost in that round from the Trojan at the end of the round, maybe capping at like 1000 or so

@@F22Raptor_Brqwlstars I mean, he still wouldn’t be making money and on some rounds he might even still be losing money, but he would just give back the money he lost like how Obyn’s trees or the Bloon Trap just give the equivalent money that they would have made in chimps even though they make extra in other game modes
I thought his ability says it gives money based on the number of layers the Trojan-ed Bloon had and thus not losing money, but I must've misred :(

Bens level 10 doesn't make you lose much money in rpunds lğke 76 and 78 since it does one downgrade which only makes you loose like a 100

Benjamin is only good for heroes now. Everytime i play multiplayes some poor smuk uses been and earns LESS than i do with geraldo and two farms (sometimes more/less, it depends). And dont even get me started with the dudes putting ben down on round 19 on halfcash.
Well of course he does? He does no damage and he makes no money on chimps. His trojan isn't even close to enough to make up for no damage.

Ben costs less than 1k, Bma costs close to 50k.
Ben loses WAY less money than bma, as ling as you block trojan and use his lvl on the right rounds
And he has a defined niche which makes the money loss worth while, which bma doesnt
