(Okuda Manami is her name), but it's also a fair statement. Specifically against Takaoka on the roof, Nagisa's bloodlust is out of control, and that is terrifying to see. They're all training to be assassins, but Nagisa's talent puts him head & shoulders above everyone except Karma & pre tentacle removal Kayano in terms of bloodlust & assassination techniques. In short he's fucking terrifying. Also, based on their reactions to those times, their time period is before those things happen, so seeing Nagisa, who is normally super polite & a bit of a push over in such a state is terrifying to her. (None of this is meant to be condescending or anything I just love this series & wanted to rant)
