TheDailyWoo thank you for doing what you do, these vlogs are really cool. I can't afford to travel but if I did it would definitely be the back roads. Happy St Patrick's day!!!
TheDailyWoo Be assured that not one day goes by that I'm not grateful for your latest TDW upload. I know that I'm far from the only one who feels that way. Adam, we love you and appreciate every effort you make to include us in your journeys every single day. I know nothing in this world is forever but I do hope this connection we have continues for a long long time to come. I hope it leads to happy destiny for you as well. Know that you are putting good into this world with your talent and your calling. Keep on keeping on, my friend.
Please keep making these videos they give me something to enjoy each day when your handicapped like myself you can't do what your doing and enjoy all these amazing places. You give people hope and to be honest you have been helpful and such a person to look up to seeing how you handle heartbreak and you keep moving forward myself I can't move forward being in the position I'm in. That's why your videos inspire me and make me feel like I'm there.
Thanks for doing what you do Adam. I developed a taste for travel while touring the country with my former punk band, and watching you and Justin has really inspired me to get out there and do more. As always, great vlog. Keep doin what you do so well.
Besides just fading away, that area got hit by a tornado not that long ago. That is why you are seeing so much damage down there... Wow, your closing shot in Leary is right where Mr Boyd's statue originally sat, in the middle of the road at Hotel and Main... It was moved because cars kept hitting it...
Most people come down 20 and would never think to go the scenic route. Thanks I enjoyed that. Georgia, Georgia The whole day through Just an old sweet song Keeps Georgia on my mind Ray Charles..
Because of you Adam....I have seen things that I would never have seen on my own. This is why I enjoy watching your vlogs & I always learn something new.
Because many have echoed my comments, and maybe what I convey doesn't sound original or genuine, it truly is humble and I thank you for all that you do. Safe travels, God bless.
It's called tickling the ivories. The steam coming out from under the tracks reminds me of the burning town of Centralia. The Ray Charles statue is awesome.
Your vlogs are always the first thing I do when I get home from work everyday. And now I've got my 9 year old daughter addicted to you, too :) Keep up the good work, Adam!
great message at the end. and thank you for doing this daily. I wake every morning and see where you've taken us today. places i would love to see myself but can only do so thru your lense. so thank you!
You make us excited to get up every morning to see your adventures which in turn makes you excited to get up every morning to vlog. It's the Circle of Goodness!
I haven’t seen gas pumps like those in 50 years. Everyone of my families convenience stores had pumps like that. I was so glad when they were sold to Circle K in 1981.
Thanks Adam, keep up the exploring. I'm disabled so I can't get to most of the places you look at. thanks to guys like you I can get a chance to see these things. Cheers again tuff gamer...
I enjoy your travels! I know traveling can be tiresome, of sorts, but experiencing new/old things is so fun! In early April, I'll have visited the whole contiguous United States.
I don't comment much, but I just want speak up today to show my support regarding your final thought at the end of the video. I watch every single day and enjoy your videos with an egg sandwich and cup of hot tea each morning. You have become my morning ritual. I used to vlog on RUclips back in the day, but gave it up for some personal reasons. I sometimes wish I could do what you do, seeing all of these wonderful places. If you ever come to the north east, you might want to check out Long Island and go all the way out to Montauk Point. A lot of history here. Then hopefully I can see you. I'm more in central Long Island, not the east end, but I do enjoy going out there from time to time. I'm the guy you gave a shoutout to when you met my friend Ryan Chattaway at the meet and greet in Florida. Shane from New York. Keep up the great work, Adam. :)
Wow nice vlog Adam. I love watching your adventures every day because I am disabled it's hard to get out, even a visit to the hospital or dentist is a day out so your vlogs allow my mind to escape. Thank you. xx
all the old towns you visit brings back memories of my own youth.traveling with my mom threw the mountains of Tennessee Maryland Kentucky the Carolinas.Pennsylvania civil war battle grownds.vlog over.
I watch your channel regularly and enjoyed your video of passing through our area. I've traveled that stretch from Albany to Dothan so many times and was nice to see you stop and check out the places on the way I've never taken the time to check out. Happy and safe travels to you!
Adam that was a great vlog today my friend.Have a safe and happy day.I appreciate your videos and I love how you take us all to places we only dream about. :)
Great video! One of my favorites in a while. I personally like the back roads videos as these are places I will probably never go to in person unlike the tourist places. Thanks for the vids. love the old gas stations
5:00 , Adam that is an old style "suction" type gas pump . Not many in use these days , uses vacuum instead of pressure to feed the dispenser from the underground storage tank hence the slow flow rate.
radio held our interest for a good little while. when I watch the woo I'm reminded of their old time talk radio shows with hostess, kate smith or Arthur godfrey, always with a special message for shut-ins listening to the radio.
The minute I saw those meathooks hanging there, all I could think was "Feets don't fail me now!" I would of left a puff of smoke behind, cartoon style, as I bolted away from those harbingers of death! You're a brave dude.
Yes Adam.... please always remember your sound advice and do what you want, while you are able to do it! I can only visit these places through your eyes now.... and I am left wishing I would have done more in my youth!!! We love you~
Love all your videos and look forward to them every day showing me parts of America that I would not even if I came to visit so I say to you Mr thank you very very much from Paul from the UK
I look forward to your travelogues at the end of my busy workdays - they're fun adventures....you take us to places we'd never get to see otherwise - I can't wait to see where you'll end up next. Thanks Adam!
@Adam I am glad you do this. So often we go on trips and I look at those little places that I want to stop and explore, but I don't have time. Got to keep a schedule. I watch your Vlog everyday because you stop at those interesting little places and share with us. Thanks Adam. You make my day.
Omg adam,I yelled at the computer telling you to not go into that abandoned meat locker/butcher shop. I expected Jason to come out of nowhere...love the adventures. every man yurns for adventure.that he is Adam the woo he yearns even more.
Adam, Albany Georgia is home to Kendrick studios, they started out as Sherwood pictures they made about four movies there, facing the giants, flywheel, fireproof, and courageous. you might like to visit these places from their movies.
Dang. Come to Albany. My town and I didn't know. The turtles are for turtle park. The play ground across the street from the ray charles monument. Back in early 2000 the city let artist paint them to raise support and money for the playground and the riverquarium. They came way before the art park. We use to hold concerts and stuff for the short time art park was here. Due too safety issues and the owners not signing everything correctly the city closed it. It's being turned into a micro brewery apparently. Behind that parking deck was the Albany herald our local newspaper. And some of the destruction you saw might of been due to the tornados that came through here in January.
got to love the small town life................. would love to find a town and buy up a little gas station and do it up. Be great to do it if I had enough money to live on and just own it for nostalgia and for something to do. Happy travels Adam.
Thank you so much for continueing to do these vlogs Adam! I just found you a few weeks ago and have been binge watching the heck out of you. Having two kids and things being a little financialy tight right now I feel like I'm going on these adventures and site seeing right along with you! Please know that all of your hard work is enormously appreciated! Your Alabama travels are among my favorite! God bless you, and continued safe travels! :)
When you showed that kerosene pump, I started singing "Kerosene" by Bad Religion and when you said "it keeps you warm", I believe you know the song. Plus that old analog pump was a shock. They're illegal most places, like Ohio. Also the phrase "tickling the ivorys" is what you were looking for.Happy St.Patrick's Day!!!!!
