if you ever run out of zeni here is how you can get some quickly go to the gold bonus battle in upgrade, if you haven't done it do it and start skipping (you will get zeni and some gold) then go to recycle center and use your gold bars on the zeni option and you should have a bunch (should be in the millions maybe billions depending on how much you skipped) hope this helps

Another good method, grind erasers, find a equipment that changes very easily from s to z. And keep rerolling it.. u get 10cc every 5x u get Z .. with the right equipment u can get a 10x every 5 erasers .. meaning u can unlimite grind for aslong as u have erasers ( and a bit of zeni)

Another way is by redoing the story missions where you haven't got all the crystals. Or even completing all the event missions.
