How does he make it? He hires 130 other people to do it for him.
Money Laundering at its highest...
delmanglar bro who gives a fuck? You can launder money into which ever way.
No..
Sleazy sales man.
As much as I love Jeff koons "work" I do find it interesting, but it sucks that he is just has 130 employees doing the art for him.
we can make it, i'm inflatable supplier
they don't do the art for him. They execute the art he envisioned. Why should the artworld not follow our industrialized world? And in the end this has been a practice for ages and it makes the production of certain objects even possible.
Just like previously stated, that’s how most artists sculptures are created. The artist creates the art, that trusts his staff to execute in building the statue. One of my best friends is a bronze welder who has helped make some of the most beautiful bronze sculptures for artists he’s worked for
My art teacher sent me here...
hes voice is so soothing
Wouldn't mind him if he gave credit to the people who actually sculpt those things, cause they do look dope but him just coming up with the idea and not doing anything to actually build it isn't that impressive
Yes it is that’s the whole point of conceptual art, please educate yourself
@@reuben8912 so the people who do it for him don't care that no one knows their name? I know that art has been like this for awhile, but just wondering why they never highlight the people that are actually sculpting, they're just faceless people in the background, like put their names in the credit bar or whatever is all I'm saying
@@jwizdum2103 Because this is conceptual art its different to realism, it prioritises ideas over artist hand work. I'll send u a long paragraph explaining it that i=I send to others...
I can see what your saying, but at the end of the day art isn’t about technical craftsmanship, it’s about ideas and composition, and he controls those things. If the objective were purely technical skill then realism would be the ultimate goal.
"look at that! let's make it out of something else, and then make it really big! that would be really creative!"
it's a brilliant creation no doubt, my question will it make our mind handicapped?(as perspective of verbal creation )
Margaret Keane + Thomas Kinkade = Jeff Koons
So u have 130 people who would design and print and than manufacture a balloon dog or a bunny and you are an artist??? How
I saw a circus clown fashion the exact same balloon dog.
Ethically speaking, he is certainly dubious. But as creations, his work is more appealing to me than certain other artists, even if they did do it themselves. When I look at a Basquiat or a Picasso I find them intriguing but depressing. A Koons work is vibrant and uplifting. Just my opinion.
Terbaik lah.... bosku
I remember visiting Warhol's studio and wondering why he needed all those Brillo pads. Now I know. It was to inspire Jeff Koons
Koons somehow makes me think of Tony Blair
"I'm responsible FOR EVERYTHING"? Just not the art or its process. Even with all those artist ( I ment employees) his "art" is wack. Lawn furniture for the corporate world.
Scamming you make a lot of money. Only a broker with marketing becomes a fake artist.
Yes Jeff Koons, and Damien Hirst!
How did Jeff lose money on his baloon dog?! I love it, I would give him $1000000000! If I had $1000000000. 😂
Does anyone else find that look in his eyes creepy? It’s like watching a bodysnatchers movie or something.
YES!!! He completely creeps me out!
His approach as an 'artist' is certainly questionable. Nevertheless, I enjoy the vibrant colours of his 'balloon' projects.
Just buy a packet of balloons and enjoy.
Well that explained nothing.
"HOW"
Imagine putting little cameras and listening devices in the shiny things, eh? What fun?!
Just copy everything Warhol did and you'll get rich too.
This guy is so creepy...
And 130 people making his "art"?
Pffff
Somme peoble say I love arts this is fantastic, but I'm artiste it's not evidents to arrive to live with my work's so Mr.Jeff did you a lot of experience please give me your secrets ...Thank you
It's people like him that destroyed the true meaning of art. I once heard that his assistants make it for him - that he doesn't even really work. Turns out the rumor was true. And finally, to make millions off your own artwork is a fad. Artwork is truly appraised after the death of the creator. An artists non-existence brings out the true value of arts enigma - both monetary and face value.
A big fraud for a no art no artist.
And no nothing. Completely void and meaningless.
brilliant
People are so dumb
Expecially you.
It’s all about the story you put behind your “art” and how you market it.
People don’t really care about skill.
Most people don't like this rubbish. Certain 'elites' in our society buy it and promote it because it undermines real Western art, which is beautiful, balanced, ordered etc.
Crap!
