All of these have merit. Enjoyed the evolution vantage point. I will point out that the real world roads are not smooth. Large diameter light weight rims and tires are mandatory for any vehicle that will have lasting market penetration. Correct wheels and suspension and light weight are everything. Regardless of power sources.
the Nimbus One would be the perfect urban commute in heavily congested sprawling metropolis . . . for e.g. Paris, France & Tokyo, Japan or Copenhagen, Denmark for that matter . . . the Nimbus One could do with 26.3 kWh batteries instead of just 12.0 kWh . . .

they should just ease up regulations and allow driving these on a car or motorbike license? personally, i would think at least 2 inside rather than just the driver for these types of vehicles...
Just made my Nimbus rental order to try it out. This nasty gossip about who is going under is damaging and self defeating. I have been enjoying my Arcimoto for 16 months now. An extremely economical vehicle as well as fun.

@@ccibinel Actually they have dropped the price further, based on inflation adjustment from the day the price was announced. The $10,000 price from last year has become a $10,500 price in dollar value at the time they announced it due to inflation. If they don't add on the inflation cost for a price today they are actually giving us a $500 discount. This is a micro-EV. Expect lower prices. My Arcimoto with two bucket seats needs no air bags and it is roomy for the passenger, plus it has a separate locking trunk and a top speed of 80mph for $20K. The Numbus S will cost more but still less than the Arcimoto.
Only heard of the Arcimoto FUV, the solo and aptera. Arcimoto gone bankrupt, but Aptera seems to have a high chance to take off. Factory is being built wirth the acceleragor funds now. No idea how far in production any of the others are.
Arcimoto is NOT bankrupt, you heard that from underhanded predatory click bait videos. Less than 2 years ago Arcimoto was where Aptera is now, moving into and setting up a huge factory. Lucky for Aptera they are targeting release after the pandemic/war economy is winding down. Arcimoto had already made close to 200 vehicles at that time. Aptera is still closer to Elio than it is to Arcimoto.
Amongst all of them, the nimbus one, placed at 9th, seems like it should be placed first... Good speed an range, amovable batteries, airbag, thin, cute and CHEAP (under 10k). The others look like weird contraptions or overpriced prototypes. :(
My problems with Aptera. 1. Cost is too close to Tesla model 3 2. Only a two seater 3. We don’t know how safe the vehicle is, weight is a big factor. 4. Profitability is uncertain. 5. Cash flow burn of $50 million/year. 6. Doesn’t qualify for federal/state Tax rebate incentives. 7. Haven’t herd any updates on private equity fund raising. 8. Best scenario won’t start production till 2025. 9. Tesla is continuing to reduce prices and increase quality. 10. Early production models will have very few features till at least 2027
