I hate dub, hated dub for 20 years of watching anime But this one? You HAVE to watch the dub. It's so much better. Especially the Harley VA, she gets it down well, and whilst loads of the english VAs don't sound like how we expect the characters to sound, they all sound really good and fit really well. Whereas I don't think any of the sub VAs fit the characters Only one off for both is joker. But the voice of joker is always changing, and maybe it'll grow on me
