A source tells the mag George and Croatian model Monika Jakisic are back on! The two have been on and off for years, but recently have reconnected! The mag claims the two even had a sleepover at the actor's L.A. home! George has been a single man since breaking things off with Stacy Keibler back in July so there may be some truth to this story!
