How do you cook your gammon joint please Donna? Looks perfect! I normally slow cook mine but always ends up overdone 😢
I just boil it 😊 and then if I'm adding honey mustard I put it in a dish in the oven for the last ten mins. A large joint takes around 1.5 hours xx
